We apply for and respond to applications for divorce and advise clients of the legal consequences of divorce. Our family lawyers assist clients to make sole applications for divorce and joint applications for divorce. We assist clients with requirements for the service of documents and prepare documentation supporting an application for divorce, such as affidavits. We also appear on behalf of clients at Divorce Hearings.
